I think a new recipe post a day is what we’re going to strive for..so here is the recipe for our Creamy Mushroom Stroganoff for today. Our kitties, Tim Maines and Sara, are going a little crazy with the hard-copy of the recipe while I’m writing this. They’re rolling around on it and rubbing their faces on it…must be a good sign!
In other news, we made another batch of chocolate chip cookies from Vegan With A Vengeance last night at my parents’ house and we took a few of them home for the week…and guess who got them, again? Our dog Ollie. She fished them out of our overnight bag and ate a few before I grabbed them away from her. I guess we’re not the only ones obsessed with chocolate chip cookies.
