No Whey, José!

Josh made these ridiculously good Peanut Butter Cups last night, and we haven’t been able to stop eating them. We’re really excited about them because we have lots of ideas for variations.

We were at Barnes and Nobles the other night and we found a book that has all of these great baking techniques. We decided there’s no doubt that we want to open a bakery. There’s just something about walking into a bakery, seeing all of the treats on display, the smells of breads and sweets…there’s just nothing like it. When you go to a bakery, you don’t really need any of the things, you just have to have it! That’s what we want. Little bite-sized desserts and candies are amazing little joys and we can’t seem to get enough of the idea of having a bakery. So yea, here’s our first little mouth-full of yumminess that we’ve tried and they’re soooo good.
