Chocolate Raspberry Espresso Brownies- new recipe!
November 6, 2007
I came home from my early class today with a mission…to make the Chocolate Raspberry Espresso Brownies that have been on my “Recipe Ideas” list for months now. I used a brownie recipe from the Post Punk Kitchen as a base and added the delicious raspberry and espresso ingredients. They came out just as I had expected. Fudgy dark chocolate with espresso, leaving the fruity raspberry flavor in your mouth after each bite.
Our kitchen has been bustling lately..we’ve been getting all of these great ideas for recipes (did someone say Chocolate Earl-Grey Shortbread Cookies?…recipe to come!) We’re also really excited that the holidays are coming up because we want to give lots of yummy treats for gifts. We’ve also been working on a No Whey, José logo so we can personalize our blog a bit more. We both have tattoo appointments on the 24th, and I’m getting a Mexican Dia de los Muertos sugar skull tattoo, and we think that would be a great logo for our blog and soon to be cookbook and hopefully soon to be bakery.
Soooo anyway..thanks for the wonderful comments and all the hits to our site! I’m likin’ this Vegan Mofo thing

You should definitely start a bakery! I’m amazed at the speed with which you throw out good recipes. I would so buy these.
