Their Story
Josh and Chelsea first became vegan in May 2005 after realizing that being vegetarian just wasn’t cutting it anymore. This epiphany started a ripple affect that led to the majority of their family becoming vegan as well. After purchasing several amazing vegan cookbooks, their enthusiasm for vegan cooking and baking became greater and greater, leading them to dream of writing a cookbook of their own. With their love for animals, their health, and most of all each other, Josh and Chelsea plan to share their vegan creations with the world in hopes to change (and save) lives.

Hola to all veganites and those thinking about becoming vegans of the world. I am the proud poppa vegan of this wonderful clan of compassionate herbivores and I just want to say how proud I am of my “little” girl Chelsea and her Earthmate, Joshua “Wobbit” Maines, they are sooooo awesome and creative. Thank you guys for creating this excellent vegan blogsite. I will hopefully be contributing some delicious recipes and commentary in the near future. Peace and justice for all, Glenn

Hi, Welcome to “blogland” Chelsea and Josh. After seeing the post for the cupcakes I am drooling on the keyboard waiting for more – and maybe a recipe for them if you care to share it as well.

Best wishes to you both with the new blog and if you need any help or ideas, let me know – just ask, I’m here and I’ve been a vegan since 1995. I’m always glad to meet more vegans so – welcome!

    Peace, love and understanding,

    ~ RubyShooZ ~

Ok…I have to admit…I’m not a vegan. I’m sorry. But I was looking for recipes so I could cook some things for a friend of mine and found you guys. I was a little skeptical at first but the espresso brownies are legit! Great job guys!
