Creamy Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup plain soymilk
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 cup vegan sour cream
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, combine the soy milk and vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes. In a medium bowl, mix the vegan mayo and sour cream until well combined. Add the soy milk mixture and stir again until combined. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Makes about 2 cups of ranch dressing.
