Easy Tropical Fruit Salad

I made this super tasty fruit salad for Chelsea on her birthday, along with some delicious pumpkin scones (she has a fall birthday). Its nothing fancy, just something I threw together with the fruit we had in the house. It came together so well that I thought I’d share it with the masses.

1 banana

1 kiwi

1 Handful of grapes, sliced in half (we like red grapes)

Splash of pineapple-orange-banana juice (or just orange juice if you can’t find p-o-b juice)

Splash of sparkling apple cider

Cut up all your fruit and put into a small bowl. Then splash on your juices, and viola! A quick, easy, tasty tropical fruit salad.

Variations:

  • Just throw in whatever fruit you have laying around. I can’t wait to try this with some fresh picked blueberries and strawberries from one of our local farms.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Breakfast in bed for the love of your life!
